"I decided to head over to DON'T TELL MAMA . . . to catch another newcomer, Matt Sigl, with his debut show "Unstuck In Time." And what a catch it was! Mr. Sigl's show was so entertaining, so filled with cleverness and wit, I am already anticipating seeing it a second time. His claim is that, while he is just in his twenties, he is stuck in a time warp - compelled to sing the songs of Noel Coward, Cole Porter, Johnny Mercer and others of a bygone era. And sing them he does, with gusto and panache. For a few seconds I could see a young Steve Ross at the microphone - Mr. Sigl looks as good in a tuxedo as the famed Mr. Ross, and could easily pass as a clone of the master. Such fun - with a lot of observations and asides that kept the audience bubbling with laughter. This was the opening night of his NYC cabaret debut, so you have some more dates to see what I'm talking about . . . "

"Matt Sigl . . . has a strong stage presence and a natural bent as a performer. Sigl's enthusiasm was contagious, sweeping along an audience that cheered him and cheered him on. Irrepressible and hyper-charged, he recalls a young Jerry Lewis, but blessed with better vocal abilities. With his energy, his high spirits and—yes, talent—Sigl can make a name for himself in cabaret."

"Matt Sigl seems to be shot out of a cannon. He bursts onto the stage with a megadose of verve and good humor, a song in his showtune-loving heart, and a major but mischievous twinkle in his eye. . . . let Matt entertain you - and you'll have a real good time - yes, sir!"

"[Sigl's] strong presence and infectious enthusiasm easily wins you over. His droll, nostalgic observations will be appreciated by musical aficionados and will bring a tear of joy to your eye."
